Whether on record or in recital, Alexandre Kantorow elicits rave reviews. This young pianist began performing very early; at 16, he was invited to the crazy days of Nantes and Warsaw with the Sinfonia Varsovia and has since played with numerous orchestras such as the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra with Augustin Dumay, the Taipei Symphony Orchestra, the ONPL, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Liège, the Geneva Orchestra, and the Bern Orchestra.
In 2015, he participated in the inaugural season of the Philharmonie de Paris with the Orchestre Pasdeloup, which re-invited him in 2017 for a concert at the Gaveau hall. Recently, he recorded the concertos of Saint-Saëns and his album "A la russe," featuring the program of his 2016 Parisian recital at the Vuitton Foundation, was released in April 2017 under the BIS label.
