Description

Ivan Ščapec dedicated himself to the Seine project in 2015. Originally conceived as a solo songwriter project, Seine then evolved, joined by Dimitrij Petrović on drums and Boško Mijušković on bass. In 2016, they won Serbia's largest music competition, the Nektar Demo Fest, giving them the opportunity to record their debut album: "Sno Sna" (The Dream of a Dream) under excellent conditions. The album was finally released in September 2017, in collaboration with Moonlee Records. Always sung in his native language, the Croatian's compositions are revealed in a darker light than in his previous trio. Developing a kind of gritty anti-folk, Seine offers, with a minimalist approach, a dive into the depths of insomnia. Deep down, like a dream within a dream.
