Réédition vinyle : Acoustica is a partly acoustic album by the German hard rock band Scorpions, recorded during three concerts in a monastery (Convento do Beato) in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2001, and released in 2001 on disc as well as on DVD. The band was supported by other musicians such as percussionists or backing vocalists, as well as pianist and conductor Christian Kolonovits, who had already participated in the band's philharmonic album released in 2000, Moment of Glory. Four new songs were composed for this album ("Life Is Too Short," "When Love Kills Love," "I Wanted to Cry (But the Tears Wouldn't Come)," and "Back To You," the latter only appearing on the DVD version) as well as three covers of other bands ("Dust in the Wind" by Kansas, "Love of My Life" by Queen, and "Drive" by The Cars).Buy Acoustica at the best price
