'Gates to Purgatory' is the debut studio album by the German heavy metal band Running Wild, released in 1984. It predates their pirate themes and features lyrics primarily influenced by Satanism, but also songs with anarchic and libertarian themes. It is part of Gerald "Preacher" Warnecke's theological studies.
