Roé, whose real name is Andres Roé, born on June 29, 1953 in Barcelona (Spain), is a French singer, guitarist, songwriter, and photographer. He is notably known for his song "Soledad" (1990), which achieved international success and reached the [[Top 50]] in France. He has worked with major artists from Rock (Iggy Pop, David Gilmour), World Music (Tony Allen, Tomatito, Ismaël Lô), jazz (Eric Le Lann, Stéphane Belmondo), and French chanson (Charlélie Couture, Laurent Voulzy, Stéphane Eicher).
