Groove is king

Description

Have (fun)k! The second studio album from the super classy lineup: Tal Bergman (drums) + Joe Bonamassa (guitar) + Ron DeJesus (guitar) + Mike Merritt (bass). The sound of Rock Candy Funk Party is still as jubilant as the band name suggests. Bringing a breath of fresh air to old-school funk and jazz sounds, RCFP is energized by this lineup of world-class musicians collaborating for the simple passion of music. We thus find reunited in this dream jam band the 4 virtuosos who enchanted us on their first two releases. These 16 new tracks have nothing to envy from their predecessors. And Randy Brecker supported the band with the horn arrangements, while Billy Gibbons of ZZ TOP is Mr. Funkademus! Note that the bonus DVD offers 50 minutes of programming about the making of the album.
