Ghostbusters : Afterlife

Description

"Ghostbusters: Afterlife is co-written and directed by Jason Reitman and stars Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Annie Potts, and Paul Rudd, in addition to original Ghostbusters cast members Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd. The film follows a single mother and her two children who arrive in a small town, where they begin to discover their connection to the original ghost hunters and the secret legacy left behind by their grandfather. Rob Simonsen joins director Jason Reitman with his music for Ghostbusters: Afterlife, after composing the scores for The Front Runner and Tully for the director. His other recent film scores include Foxcatcher, (500) Days Of Summer, Moneyball, and Life of Pi, for which he has received several awards. Based in Los Angeles and always on the lookout for contemporary music, he co-founded the influential collective The Echo Society with the mission to "inspire, challenge, enrich, and connect the community through the creation and performance of new sound and visual arts." Simonsen's debut artist album, Rêveries, was released in 2019 on Sony Masterworks."
