Ria Moran signs with Cubico her first solo album, an intimate project where she asserts herself as a producer and instrumentalist. Between R&B, neo-soul and jazz, her 12 tracks explore love, self-discovery and emotional fulfillment, oscillating between fluid grooves and darker alternative tones.After her notable return in 2024 with Take It or Leave It (in collaboration with Nubiyan Twist), supported by BBC Radio 6 and Worldwide FM, Ria confirms her talent already revealed by the EP Moving into the Light (2019). She follows in the footsteps of avant-garde British soul voices, such as Ego Ella May and Cleo Sol, while paying homage to icons like Sade and Erykah Badu.Parallel to her solo career, Ria has collaborated with major artists from the British jazz and soul scene, accumulating MOBO nominations and performances on prestigious stages.
