'Captured By The Roots' is the name of the second production by the Graz (Austria) band, released in digipack as well as in a limited edition on colored vinyl and on traditional black vinyl on the 7hard label. Nine fresh original compositions plus a crisp new interpretation - named "Sail Away" by Deep Purple! The highlight: None other than Deep Purple keyboardist Don Airey himself played the keys of his Hammond organ to add a wonderful solo to this version. The nine "original songs" were all created in a classic way during extended jams in the Bones' rehearsal room. Stylistically, the trio sets no limits for itself, consequently, the result is varied. Whether it's traditional hard rock, groovy metal, blues, or even punky snotty: everything flows and grooves. In the lyrics, one can find temporal and socio-critical thoughts, as well as deep personal reflections - but not necessarily autobiographical, rather from an observer's point of view on current events and the personal environment.
