Karine Deshayes, elected Lyric Artist of the Year 2016 at the Victoires de la Musique Classique, is among the greatest Rossini singers on the international lyrical stage. In this first solo album, she retraces through some of her most beautiful pages, the different stages of Rossini's life. She is accompanied by Raphaël Merlin (cellist of the Quatuor Ébène) at the head of Forces Majeures, a collective mainly bringing together musicians from prestigious chamber music ensembles (Quintette Aquilon, Quatuor Psophos, Ébène...) and top orchestras.
