Double concerto

Description

The "Capuçon Brothers" pay a beautiful tribute to Brahms here, first taking ownership of his exhilarating Double Concerto under the direction of conductor Myung-Whun Chung. While Renaud performs acrobatics with his spring-like violin, Gautier caresses his cello with depth, all in a magnetically romantic atmosphere. As for the Clarinet Quintet, where their collaborator Paul Meyer plays the solo instrument perfectly, it is an intimate work that proves the two brothers are also great accompanists.
