Thus, Jan Talich Jr. perpetuates the "new" Talich Quartet alongside violinist Roman Patocka, the immense cellist of the Pražák Quartet, Michal Kanka, and the violist of the Škampa Quartet, Radim Sedmidubský. The new formation performed on stage as early as 2021 and immediately captivated the audience with its lightness of tone, spontaneous expression, unpredictable accents, and the innate sense of popular allusion that characterized its founding members.
