Poison Blood is a collaboration between Jenks Miller (Horseback) and Neill Jameson (Krieg). Born from Jenks Miller’s desire to write simpler, more direct music, the two musicians found themselves exchanging ideas, driven by their mutual admiration and by their boundless appreciation for Beherit’s album DrawingDown the Moon. The result is a dark, lo-fi exercise in mystical, minimal black metal while also leaning toward a sometimes synthetic deathrock.
