Born David Bowden, Pink Sweat$ is a 28-year-old American singer and songwriter from Philadelphia. A rising star in US R&B since 2018, his nickname comes from the time he worked at the famous Sigma Sound Studios in Philly, where he constantly wore a pink sweatshirt. He wrote for many artists during that time, such as Chance the Rapper, Aaron Camper, and Tierra Whack. After facing serious health issues that took him three years to overcome, he decided to go solo and write lyrics meant for himself. Thus, his first EP "Volume 1" (2018) was born, with the single "Honesty" instantly propelling him into the spotlight. The track has nearly 160 million streams worldwide today. After a second EP "Volume 2," he released "The Prelude" in the summer of 2020, a 6-track preview announcing the tone of his first album "Pink Planet," his debut solo album released on February 14. The hit "At My Worst," which is a single from the album, reached the top of the Asian charts (Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia...) and charmed the world following a remix version featuring California R&B goddess Kehlani. The music video for "At My Worst" has over 100 million views on YouTube!
