The program is representative of the rich repertoire of the different choirs: Gregorian chant, Renaissance motets, Baroque, classical and romantic sacred music, contemporary creations, gospels, harmonized songs from world folklores, and French variety music. This double CD brings together more than thirty children's choirs, Petits Chanteurs and Maîtrises, from all over France. The selection is representative of the repertoire of these choirs: sacred and liturgical music holds an essential place, even though each CD ends with traditional and variety songs. An anthology!
