Driven by his exceptional voice, Peter Kingsbery revisits these classics with great emotional intensity, creating a subtle bridge between his American influences and his journey in France. Among the highlights of the album, "The Promise You Made," a cult hit by Cock Robin, takes on a new dimension in a moving interpretation shared with his daughter Shannon Kingsbery. The album also includes the previously unreleased track "Ballerine sur ma main."
