Where I Should Be is the sixth studio album by Peter Frampton, released in 1979. The album became gold-certified and produced the hit "I Can’t Stand It No More," which reached #14 on the Billboard pop charts. This collection of tracks marked a welcome return to his guitar-driven compositions. Another highlight of the album was one of his two covers of Isaac Hayes' songs, "You Don’t Know Like I Know." On this album, Peter was not accompanied by his band, but by Steve Cropper, Bab Mayo, the Tower Of Power Horn section, Steve Forman, The Waters Family, and others. The album is produced by Peter Frampton and Chris Kimsey.
