This coincides with the announcement of her signing to the London label One Little Independent Records. "A Requiem" brings together ten haunting ambient soundscapes—incantations of dreams and nightmares, of death and sorrow, as well as of power and autonomy. Fleshly and transcendent drones are used to exorcise historical and generational traumas in an evocative and macabre piece of gothic experimentation.
