Pure McCartney Box Set

Description

Since the Beatles split up in 1970, Paul McCartney has never stopped touring and releasing albums. Last year, he set the Stade de France alight for three hours straight, without a break and full of astonishing energy, showing nothing of his 73 years. This new best of will live up to its name with the best of Sir McCartney in 67 tracks: “Maybe this is something to listen to on a long car journey, during a party with friends or during an evening at home? [My team and I] thought about that together and came up with these playlists from different periods of my career,” McCartney explained. The compilation will cover the entire post-Beatles career of the Liverpudlian, from the eponymous McCartney (1970) to the latest New (2013), including the seven Wings albums. A total of 23 studio albums.
