After 12 years on stage, over 500 concerts, and four albums, La P’tite Fumée opens a new chapter with RESET, their fifth album. It’s a fresh start marked by a renewed lineup and, for the first time in the band’s history, the introduction of vocals at the heart of the project. Alongside Chand, a historic figure of LPF, Noémie brings a new vocal identity, accompanied by Quentin on guitar, Amaury on drums, and Chris on bass. RESET evolves the instrumental electro that has shaped the band’s identity towards a more vocal, melodic, and unifying music. The album features 14 tracks including the explosive "CrazyLoco" driven by punk rock energy and incisive rap, the mystical "The Spell" with trance and psy-trance influences, the impactful "Blast Off" featuring the band’s iconic didgeridoo, airy guitar solos, and a powerful rhythm section, as well as a French song, "Loin d’Ici," with Guiz from Tryo and sounds of Berber flutes, derbouka, and djembe. La P’tite Fumée manages to reinvent itself while retaining the elements that have made it famous on stage: powerful rhythms, atypical instruments, and organic energy.
