With this new record, Otherwise leans into the spirit of rebellion and offers us a nonconformist work for this fifth album titled « Defy ». Since their debut in 2006 with a self-produced album, the band has carved their own path and now totals over 40 million streams, sharing the stage with many renowned groups, from Stone Sour to Papa Roach, and delivering memorable shows at prestigious festivals such as Welcome ToRockville, Rocklahoma, or Shiprocked, to name just a few.Thanks to the production of Matt Good (Asking Alexandria, Hollywood Undead, Memphis May Fire, From First To Last, The Word Alive), OTHERWISE finally lets loose completely on this new album. It allowed them to push the boundaries of their own style, both in terms of songwriting and sonic experimentation. The result is a much more creative album with a bolder sound.
