Description

Le nouvel album de O.R.k., Ramagehead, was created from the collective vision of the band, unique influences, and a multidimensional reflection of their powerful and engaged live experience. The result contains all the ingredients of an explosive O.R.k.! performances with heavy riffs and dark, hypnotic atmospheres. The album was recorded in 2018 at LefMusicStudio (Italy), Wormhole (United States), and Nightspace (United Kingdom). The mixing of Ramagehead was done by Adrian Benavides and Marc Urselli (U2, Foo Fighters, Nick Cave), a sound engineer nominated three times for the Grammy Awards. The mastering by Michael Fossenkemper, the technique by Benavides and Bill Munyon (King Crimson), the album cover by Adam Jones (TOOL), and the design by Denis Rodier (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman). The recordings and the involvement of Serj Tankian (System Of A Down) on the single "Black Blooms" reinforce the band's serious intention to rely on their musical chemistry to explore the true possibilities of rock.
