It's fifteen songs from the iconoclastic rapper Mike Eagle and the innovative producer Kenny Segal. It's the world's first half-fantasy breakup album. It's DOOMED! It's also Los Angeles. It may not be the first thing that comes to mind, but Los Angeles is deeply embedded in this album. The story of any great city is also that of those who settled there. Mike and Kenny both arrived in LA as young aspiring artists, drawn to the scene revolving around the revolutionary rap group Project Blowed. They have been friends – and occasionally collaborate – for nearly twenty years. Despite this, DOOMED! marks the first time the two men have created a full album together.
