Released in 1995, "The Breathing Shadow" is the first album by NIGHTINGALE and a true solo effort by Dan Swano, more inspired by Goth / Dark Wave / Indie Rock than the subsequent albums.The album is now reissued in a remastered version for its 30th anniversary:- 2CD in O-Card with a 32-page booklet including special notes and rare photos) including a Bonus CD of 13 tracks / 49 min. with additional remixes, live tracks and demo versions.
