This 2CD reissue juxtaposes the melodies of John Dowland and the collection "A Musicall Banquet," which mainly contains pieces by Dowland himself, but also by Holborne, Bacheler, Caccini... Nigel Rogers is accompanied by Paul O'Dette, Anthony Bailes, and Jordi Savall.
