Nicole Rieu sings… After two decades (the 70s and 80s) in the media spotlight, a participation in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 with "Et Bonjour à Toi l'Artiste," a series of hits (Grand Prix de l'Hexagone d'Or at Midem 1980), and participation in the Tournée Age Tendre et Tête de Bois in 2012 (during which she took the opportunity to organize free concerts in facilities that host the most vulnerable through "Jacaranda," the association she created for this purpose), Nicole Rieu has been pursuing her career for almost 50 years, away from the media but always close to the many fans who continue to follow her. A true icon of Chanson Française, she returns to the forefront with a new album "Et la vie coulait," in which she once again reflects on her essentials in little gems of poetry set against a backdrop of timeless French folk variety, a true anthem to life and love, allowing us to reconnect with her extraordinary voice, both gentle and profound, and happily reminding us that, regardless of our age, our soul is always 20 years old.
