The solo violin work of Nicolas Bacri recorded by Gautier Dooghe features creations from 1979 to the present, half of which are world premieres. Nicolas Bacri is one of the most important representatives on the global composition scene. His music possesses great clarity and aims for a spiritual quest. Originally from northern France, Gautier Dooghe began studying the violin at the Conservatoire de Lille, an instrument that quickly became his tool to brilliantly pursue a career as a soloist, chamber musician, and educator.
