After a few years of absence from the music scene, Nico Wayne Toussaint makes a stunning return with an album entirely dedicated to the repertoire of James Cotton, the legendary harmonica player and singer who worked alongside Muddy Waters for many years and passed away last March. Nico met James Cotton in the USA in 2003 and eventually played on stage with him, sitting on his lap and blowing into his harmonica. With this album, he pays a heartfelt tribute to his mentor, accompanied by his usual band enhanced by a brass trio. Powerful and moving!
