Five Nights at Freddy's - Le Film - Soundtrack

Description

The premise of Five Nights at Freddy's is inspired by and tinged with the familiar nostalgia of our collective childhood, from pizza parties at the family entertainment center in Anytown, USA, presided over by archaic animatronic creatures posing as a rock band. We always knew there was a dark side lurking there, among the dusty arcade cabinets and wobbly tables—something hidden, something... malfunctioning. It's a plot that propelled Freddy Fazbear and his friends into the retrosphere of fame—a franchise of countless games, books, and merchandise steeped in deep lore, with director Emma Tammi's feature film (and our friends at Blumhouse and Universal) as the culmination of it all. However, an effective horror experience is nothing without the sound that accompanies it, and the Newton brothers certainly delivered on that score. From the opening song, they hypnotize us with the haunting voices of a children's choir, cut through by the melodies of a horror nursery rhyme. It's a chilling appetizer, leading to a pulsating, synthesized main course that is both a throwback to the 90s and freshly sinister. How could we expect any less from the guys behind the manic music of Midnight Mass, The Haunting of Hill House, and Doctor Sleep? What better way to celebrate a delightfully diabolical soundtrack than with a killer compact disc? This is the Five Nights at Freddy's CD from iam8bit, featuring the film's soundtrack on a shiny reflective disc, carefully packaged in a premium digipak and wrapped in an exclusive Obi strip. The cover art features the entire Freddy Fazbear band, from Chica to Foxy to Bonnie and, of course, Freddy himself. It's a true feast for fans.
