Troubles

Description

The Franco-Tunisian artist Nawel Ben Kraïem, known for her deep and moving voice, is back with a new album, "Troubles," recorded between Algeria and France. This album, clear in its themes and enchanting in its melodies, is the result of a period of reflection and transformation for the artist, who has since become a poet with two books published by "Bruno Doucey" and collaborations in the world of Rachid Taha, Chikha Rimitti, and Agnès Jaoui. Not celebrating the finality of the journey but the experience of travel, this album, with its shades of song, rock, folk, and poetry, seems to reconcile Nawel with herself and with the hybridity that makes her a unique artist to discover or rediscover absolutely!
