Legacy

Description

Legacy is the fourth album by the Tunisian progressive metal band Myrath.
Influenced early in their career by the leading names of the genre, such as Symphony X or Dream Theater, Myrath gradually forged a unique identity, between progressive metal and Arab-Tunisian folklore, which has allowed them to climb the ranks and become today a sure value on the metal scene.
This new album was recorded between Paris and Tunis, then mixed by Jens Bogren (Opeth) and Kevin Codfert (Adagio). For the first time, Myrath enlisted the services of a symphonic orchestra, for a result that is nothing short of spectacular.
Packed with songs that are both powerful and technical, and endowed with irresistible choruses, Legacy is undoubtedly one of the albums that will leave a lasting mark on 2016.
