The Hoochie Koo - Vol. 1

Description

It's a Saturday night in Berlin and the Hoochie Krew is setting the mood. DJ Don Rogall scans the crowd, takes a sip of beer, and drops a thunderous 10". As a wild guitar wail merges with a driving up-tempo beat, a man in a beret shouts into the mic, "Wobedoowop! Do the Camel Twist!" Go-go girls in leopard bikinis sway to the moans of a saxophone. We are in a juke joint, a blues cabaret, another era, an alternative dimension, where the entire room moves in unison, driven by a raw and primal rhythm. It's the Hoochie Koo! The soundtrack of the best nights in Berlin. The first volume of a new essential series!
