NUMERO 95

Description

Numero 95 is the eighth volume in Numero Group’s Cabinet of Curiosities series. While corporate escapism from the banal was becoming de rigueur in the 90s, a new generation of dynamic, software-generated soundscapes emerged. Unfettered internet access at 56 kbps propagated a new online hive mind of ideas, leaving room for smoother, stress-free textures. The PC revolution opened the door to ray-traced playgrounds of color and light, allowing utopian proportioned creations to appear on screensavers across the globe. Start up your machine, load the software on your floppy disk, and step out of a reality delimited by the physical laws of the universe.
