As we approach the seventh anniversary of the label, these compilations have given us the opportunity to bring together the various artists of the label on a single release. These compilations are, in a way, the business card of the Big Crown sound, as they allow us to place the most established artists alongside the newer ones, thus painting a picture of the label's overall ethos. Even though not all Big Crown artists are found in the same section at the record store, after listening to Crown Jewels Vol. 3, it should be clear that they all have their place on the same label. When Big Crown was created, the goal was to have a label whose only limits were defined by taste, not by genre. Seven years later, we can say that this has been achieved. There is a sound, this sound extends in many different directions, but this sound is unique. Pressing on green, blue, and purple vinyl.
