Acoustic "Love" Sessions is the first installment of the ACOUSTIC SESSIONS collection created by the label Think Zik! The concept is simple: 14 love songs in English reinterpreted in their most stripped-down form... In these times when music is so formulaic, the freshness of this organic album is a pleasure to hear, bringing back the essence of great voices such as Ben l'Oncle Soul, Imany, Rover, Faada Freddy, Tété, China Moses, and Hugh Coltman. New voices are also highlighted, such as Saandia, Anwar, Ginne Marker, and Yaya Minté. The album was produced by Johan Dalgaard, a pianist/keyboardist known for playing with Benjamin Biolay, Jean-Louis Aubert, Gaëtan Roussel, and more. He also produced Alain Chamfort's album, which won an award at the Victoires de la Musique in 2019, several albums by Christophe Maé, and Bénabar's latest album.
