With Play, Moby achieves the culmination of a lifetime of music that began in the early 80s. Having gone through noise rock, he would turn to electro in the middle of those same years. Discreet, he could not escape international success with this album. A delightful blend of folk, blues, and gospel, all sprinkled with elegant electro, it quickly became a classic.
