Description

Ringgo Ancheta, aka Mndsgn, a musician and producer based in Los Angeles, is a master at tastefully blending R&B, soul, jazz, and boogie. Album cycles occur about once every two years, but Mndsgn is constantly composing music. Rather than letting unreleased tracks die on his hard drive, he decided to release two records before his next studio album; this is how the concept of Snax came to be. Snax (one 'x') was a self-produced remix cassette released last year. Snaxx (two 'x's) follows with a beat-heavy production featuring his favorite tracks from his hybrid live/DJ shows, such as "Deviled Eggs." Snaxx marks a return to the beatmaking genre that allowed Mndsgn to gain a wide global audience. This LP features some of Ringgo Ancheta's close friends, Pink Siifu and Jon Bap. Snaxx is presented on pink vinyl.
