FRKWYS vol. 5: mirror mirror

Description

FRKWYS Vol. 5 presents the work of Mirror Mirror, an innovative Brooklyn-based pop duo, David Riley and Ryan Lucero. With the desire to further explore the electronic sounds of their first album, several collaborators came to offer their own interpretation. Notably Stuart Moxham of the Welsh band Young Marble Giants and Alig Pearce of the punk band Family Fodder each offer a remix of tracks from the first album. Rico Conning, of the band The Lines, who also worked for Depeche Mode or William Orbit, tackles a track from the next album, "Oddfellows"; while Stuart Argabright accompanies them on an original track, "Nau Sau Ser Bil Uma Rah Rab". The limited edition of the vinyl version is presented in a thick black sleeve under a two-color adhesive wrap.
