“24” is the 6th album by the group Minuit Machine. An electronic work that combines dark wave, techno, and electro-pop, “24” aims to surprise and captivate with its hybrid nature. The instrumentation, more straightforward than in previous albums, reinforces the duo's strong personal identity. The pronounced rhythms are a real call to dance, while the haunting synths hit you in the gut. The basslines, heavy and dark, evoke the “EBM” side of the group. The vocal lines, more pop than before, are designed to stick in your head. Thought of as dance/pop choruses from the 90s, they remain emotional nonetheless.
