With their third album, BartolomeyBittmann has crafted a bold new musical work that, once again, invites the listener to join the duo in a fascinating sound world. Narrow-mindedness and excessive attachment to tradition have no place in the duo's musical philosophy. Matthias Bartolomey (cello) and Klemens Bittmann (violin & mandola) have their own ideas and forge their own musical path, a path that takes them away from the familiar and the common. They have been combining their talents for several years to compose and develop a contemporary repertoire for their typically classical instruments.
