An Ever Changing View

The trumpeter, conductor, and composer Matthew Halsall announces the release of his new album An Ever Changing View, a large-scale project, carefully crafted, that showcases Halsall's characteristic blend of jazz, electronics, and influences from world and spiritual jazz.
An Ever Changing View will be released on September 8 on Gondwana Records (the label that Halsall founded 15 years ago) ahead of a historic concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London on September 21 and tour dates in the UK and the European Union.
Halsall, who has been hailed as one of the leading figures of the jazz renaissance in the UK, has never considered himself part of a particular sound or scene: he instead builds his own sonic universe. With An Ever Changing View, he reaches his highest level of experimentation, once again expanding his sound and production techniques to create his unique brand of deeply meditative music.
