She releases today under Matriarch Records/Verve Records/Interscope Records her first Christmas album, titled "A Mary Christmas", the result of an unprecedented collaboration with David Foster, legendary producer and president of The Verve Music Group. On "A Mary Christmas", Blige delivers stunning interpretations of well-known Christmas songs like "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" and "The Christmas Song". She is joined for the occasion by prestigious guests such as Barbra Streisand, who appears on "When You Wish Upon A Star", and Jessie J on "Do You Hear What I Hear". The Clark Sisters join Blige on "The First Noel" and she performs "Noche de Paz", in Spanish, with Mark Anthony. "Little Drummer Boy", "My Favorite Things", "This Christmas", "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer", and "Petit Papa Noël" by Tino Rossi are among the other highlights of the album.
