Description

Marc Bolan's passions for blues, soul, rock 'n' roll, hard rock and disco-soul, and his intention to explore these genres are all brought together on this collection of tracks. His influences - Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton/Cream and Bob Dylan - are all visible in the tracks of Shadowhead, but the music is unique. Bolan's creative fire produced a phenomenal discography: the material on this album was recorded over five years (1972? 1976?), in seven studios, across five countries in total.
