Since its creation in 2014 in Berlin, the highly prolific band led by the charismatic singer Johanna Sadonis has released four electrifying albums. Lucifer has played more than 200 concerts in Europe, Japan, North and South America, including festivals such as KISS Kruise, Psycho LasVegas, Hellfest, Wacken and more recently as support for Ghost during their European tour in spring 2023. LUCIFER V is considered the band’s best album to date, combining elements from all its previous albums into a monumental mass of heavy rock and roll. Strange landscapes shaped by soaring guitar riffs, the thunderous pounding of bass and drums from some kind of groovy hell, haunted melodies to cry into your glass to, the screaming tires of a 1971 Cadillac hearse, the humorous morbidity and tragic spirit of Johanna’s lyrics.
