With Clément Simon on the organ, Clément Brajtman on drums, and Arthur Links on guitar, the trio returns to the iconic formula of the 60s with the combination of guitar and Hammond organ that joyfully spread throughout popular music, from jazz to pop, including rhythm & blues, rock, and reggae… It is this sonic and musical heritage that guitarist Arthur Links fully embraces, infusing with a lot of freshness an original repertoire mainly of his own creation. While giving a few nods to the great guitar figures (Wes Montgomery, John Scofield…), the trio explores this aesthetic without restrictions or mannerisms, exuding a surprising vitality and a contagious joy of playing (Skill Pool, Street Emergency…), while also broadening the perspective when needed, for example with T-Tune, on which Arthur invites his former mentor, the impressive Manu Codjia, on guitar.
