Les Guetteurs are back with a vibrant and poetic new album: Tempête. 12 songs that bear witness to the presence of God in our lives. Just over a year after the release of their album "Roi," Les Guetteurs drive the point home and release "Tempête": a 4th album that will undoubtedly be remembered as one of the group's masterpieces. Everything is in its place: the lyrics are impactful, the melodies are catchy, and the arrangements are precise and effective. And the message is clear: in the storm, even as the horizon darkens, we must hold on to hope. Les Guetteurs take us on a true inner journey to discover God and the treasure of life. The twelve songs are imbued with a bright hope, full of poetry, courage, and zeal. All of them urge us to become aware of the urgency of the times and to return to what is essential. For this new album, Les Guetteurs have broadened their horizons by collaborating with outside musicians and exploring new sounds: saxophone, cello, Spanish guitar, featuring Fratcha from Spear Hit, with the group Hopen, and with an opera singer. One guiding word: boldness. Drawing on their many years of experience, Les Guetteurs skillfully navigate between roots reggae and sunnier rhythms. Like "Là-haut," a true anthem of surrender and trust, which takes us to the borders of flamenco, with its Spanish guitar's melancholic notes expertly accompanying a catchy and danceable melody!
