Nouvel et 5ème album pour les norvégiens de Leprous : L'album a été enregistré en compagnie du producteur David Castillo au studio Ghostward , en Suède, tandis que le mixage a été réalisé une nouvelle fois par Jens Bogren. Le chanteur-claviériste Einar Solberg déclare : «This album is the perfect example of how you can start with a vision and end up with a result that has nothing to do with the original idea. The writing of the album started with the idea of refining the sound and the working method that we had initiated with The Congregation. While the composition process was quite similar (30 drafts, an elimination process, etc.), we gradually began to notice things in the sound and writing of the previous album that we wanted to sound different. Gradually, we realized what needed to be done. This album needs to sound more alive, more organic, and more dynamic.»
