Raised outdoors since 1964, Sir James and King Johnny are the leading figures of the mysterious collective: L’Entourloop. These veterans, nurtured by the good grain of sound systems, vinyl culture, and rocked by the epic dialogues of old cinema, concoct a fine fusion of Reggae and Hip Hop. This collective of beatmakers loves to exploit samples, all sprinkled with scratches and a vintage French touch that takes us on a journey from France to Kingston, London, and New York! They gained fame through tracks like "Dreader Than Dread" ft Skarra Mucci and "Back In Town" ft Jamalski, as well as numerous remixes like "Burn Dem Down" by Capleton. After the release of a mixtape, a Summermix, and an EP "Back In Town," they produced their first album "Chickens in Your Town" in 2015: a clever blend of genres ranging from Hip Hop to Reggae featuring artists such as Gavlyn, Ruffian Rugged, and Youthstar. After shaking up over 300 stages around the world, the two tireless seniors, accompanied by their sidekicks: MC Troy Berkley and N’Zeng on trumpet, return with a lively new live show that will deliver your dose of energy and good sound. Their new album "Le Savoir Faire" features projects refined in the utmost secrecy, with sharp collaborations (Panda Dub, Kill Emil, The Architect…) and numerous features (Biga*Ranx, Marina P, Demolition Man, Tippa Irie, Soom T, Rodney P…) that reveal the "Le Savoir Faire" of this enigmatic collective.
