Quotidien

Description

“In the street, basically we all had big hearts.” Lemon Haze presents his debut album “Quotidien.” “Quotidien,” because the rapper from Nanterre approaches this project like a big confession, in which he paints a picture of his life, the street, and the vices associated with it (as in “Ptit frère” or “Mafia”)... Able to describe his own daily life but also that of women, sometimes more complex, as in “Kahina,” where he states “Growing up in a housing project for a princess, you know it’s not easy,” the artist endorsed by Jul (who invited him on the compilation 13 Organisé on the track “Gomorra,” now gold-certified) shows artistic openness across 16 tracks, sometimes very street, sometimes more melodic. But the final result remains a pure rap project, powerful and uncompromising!
