« In the street, at the base, we all had a big heart. » Lemon Haze presents his first album « Quotidien ». « Quotidien », because the rapper from Nanterre approaches this project as a great confession, in which he paints the picture of his life, of the street, and the vices associated with it (like in « Ptit frère » or « Mafia »)... Able to describe his own daily life but also the sometimes more complex lives of women, as in « Kahina » where he states « Growing up in a housing project for a princess, you know it’s not easy », the artist validated by Jul (who invited him on the compilation 13 Organisé on the track « Gomorra », now a gold record) demonstrates artistic openness across 16 tracks that are sometimes very street, sometimes more melodic. But the final result remains a project of pure rap, powerful and uncompromising!
