Description

Created in 2007: Le Pied de la Pompe, Le Pied, LPdLP, call them what you want, it’s well within a festive and unique rock folk energy, with conscious and crafted lyrics that the combo is inscribed.
In continuity with “Modernéanderthal” (2018) and “Grand mystère” (2020), the group will release its 7th album on February 9, 2024 (Baco Distribution); An album with a more organic and electric sound than ever where crunchy guitars, acoustic guitars, and a solid and deep rhythm section respond to the sharp lyrics of Gérome Briard who sings again and always to shake up silences and awaken consciences.
In its own name, or within the Collectif 13, the group plays with codes, dynamites prejudices, and continues to move forward to the rhythm of a unique rock folk, with a sound more frontal than ever with a single motto: Play and share its vision of a world where the worst can coexist with the best. Le PIED DLP, which never ceases to push boundaries, continues to retain its audience and asserts itself again, as a muscular, generous, and sincere full band.
